SPA GUIDELINES
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to begin your relaxation. Your spa reservation is held specifically for you and late arrivals may result in abbreviated service. Environment:Esthetics813 is an adult environment of tranquility and relaxation. We respect the rights of all guests to privacy and quiet. Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted in treatment rooms, locker roomers, or relaxation lounges. In all other areas, please keep phones on silent mode. Minimum age: Spa guests 16 years and older are welcome in all areas of the spa, including locker rooms, treatment centers, and patios. Identification may be required. Attire: For most treatments disrobe to your comfort level. Our service providers are trained to drape you discretely to protect your privacy at all times. Upon arrival, you will receive a robe, slippers, and a locker for your personal belongings. Please leave valuables in your guestroom or at home. Health: Please consume plenty of water during your spa visit and throughout your stay in the hot Florida climate. Please notify our staff when making reservations if you have any special health considerations. Some medical conditions may require consulting with your physician prior to receiving spa treatments. Expectant mothers may enjoy many of the treatments offered after the first trimester; we advise you to avoid treatments using deep pressure or heat. It is recommended to limit alcoholic beverages before or after a spa treatment. The Phoenician Spa is a smoke-free environment, including on the patio. Service Charge: Service providers and spa staff who assisted you during your visit will receive gratuities through the 20% service charge, which will be added to service total. Cancellations: All reserved services must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A minimum 48-hour notice must be given to cancel or 24 hours to amend any reserved appointment. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to half the treatment price. Gift Cards: Spa gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination for the perfect celebration. Group Inquiries: Please contact the spa group coordinator for parties of 6 people or more.

Welcome to our Golfers' Spa Day! If you're a golfer looking to unwind after a long day on the course, this is the perfect experience for you. Our spa day is designed to help you relieve stress, soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your skin.
Begin to wind as you relax in our quiet room or dry or infrared sauna from one of our therapist treat you to a stress-relieving massage that will help you release any tension you may have built up on the course. Our skilled therapists will work on your back, neck, shoulders, and legs, using a combination of techniques to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
